That Buffalo News link shows exactly why I have no respect for the Buffaslugs organization and I enjoy revel in their misfortune. Yeah, A.O. is a thug and it is as clear as the lack of hair on Lindy Ruff's head. What a bunch of freakin' crybaby putzes. Instead of kicking themselves for playing an awful hockey game, they whine about a hit that was properly dealt with in a severe manner. As a matter of fact, further "injustice" will be done because NHL may only fine A.O. for the hit. One of the nice things about A.O. is that he likes to hit but he is not a dirty player by any stretch of the imagination. Players who throw their body around on a regular basis are going to occasionally throw a hit like A.O. did last night. It does not equivocate what he did, but it does not make him a thug either. It is a shame though that after a game like last night where the Caps played very well got all sorts of lucky bounces, breaks, and calls going their way that we sit here and we talk about a single hit. The Buffaslugs were losing at the time the hit was thrown and guess what, they still lost the game after the hit. 26 down, 56 to go.
