Tonight, the Caps bring home a four game winning streak home when they face the Flyers for the second time this season. Three weeks ago in Philly, both teams blew leads in the third period as the Flyers won 6-5 in overtime. The Flyers have just two wins in their six games since then and are coming of a 4-1 loss at home on Sunday night to the San Jose Sharks.

What Do We Expect Tonight?:

Well, as expected, it is up to the Capitals to defend the honor of D.C. from the Philadelphia hordes. Tonight would be a good night for the Caps to get their Power Play back on track as the Caps have struggled with the extra man recently going without a Power Play goal in the last two games and in their last 13 Power Play opportunities overall. We can't think of anything more dangerous than a Flyers team that is not afraid to take penalties. The Caps will need to convert their chances and the earlier they do it, the better. The Flyers are playing their fourth game in six nights and are a little banged up with Simon Gagne doubtful for tonight's game. The Caps are starting their own busy stretch of four games in six nights with three of them coming at the Phone Booth with the Flyers offering one of the stiffest opposition of the four games.

Caps Nut Official Prediction:

Caps 4
Flyers 2
Winner by Semin
(4-6 on the season)
