The Local Yokels:
(Com)Post. Times: Caps go down fighting, Caps Report. Caps.com.

The Other Side:
Atlanta Journal & Constitution: Streak over, new defensive pairings and a Bondra update. Thrashers.com.
Final Thoughts:
What gets lost in all of the mess from last night is that the Caps once again blew a 2-0 lead on home ice to Atlanta. Instead of trying to figure out what this team can do to get better, we're stuck discussing a bunch of fights. Fights that BTW, didn't change the fact that the Caps lost 4-2. On that subject for the final time, Dave Fay of the Washington Time pointed out in Glen Hanlon's press conference that this isn't the first time that the Thrashers have had these kinds of problems. Last year, Toronto of all teams complained about Atlanta gooning things up.
Well folks, have a Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy watching football today. We'll get back together once the games are over to see what if anything else the league hands down in light of this brouhaha. 21 down 61 to go.
