Final Thoughts:
Well folks, we've had some busy times this week at work and ended up falling asleep during the game last night, especially after it looked as if it was going to be a repeat of the Tampa game with Michal "Bebe" Neuvirth being chased for the second consecutive game. And while the defense was once again atrocious in front of him at times, he still allowed goals that he simply shouldn't have. Jose "Alvin, Simon," Theodore looked to have a much better relief outing last night than he did on Tuesday cleaning up messes in front of him. But with a tough schedule of games next week quickly coming up; Philadelphia, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Phoenix (yes, we're including Phoenix) the Caps have only one more game (tomorrow against Toronto) to get their act together. The odds are pretty good that the Caps won't be able to recover from slow starts against those teams they way they have these past three games.
46 down, 36 left.
