Final Thoughts:

For whatever reason it seems fashionable especially now to denigrate A.O. for his goal celebrations. We admit that we think he sometimes crosses the line into taunting which we really rather not see. But those are very rare occasions and he will celebrate a team mates goal just as much as his own as he always has. However the thing that is being lost in all of this is that for all of Canadian Diving Team Captain, Low Blow Secondary Assist Cindy Crosby's crying yesterday, there was only one occasion where her own team came to her defense on the ice. For the most part, Low Blow Cindy was left to fend for herself and that our friends speaks volumes not only about where she stands on her team, but of the leadership she is providing as team captain. But enough about the Penguin Scum, it is starting to look as if the Caps have a chance to jump into the top spot in the Eastern Conference. The chances are remote but with the Bruins having just one win in their last seven games the door is starting to open. The Caps last meeting with the Bruins is this Saturday in Boston and, if everything breaks just right, that game could be where the Caps catch and pass Boston. However we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves. The Flyers are certainly enough of a challenge on their own.

60 down, 22 to go.
