Game 3 Caps @ Flyers 4-15-2008 Wrap Up

Final Thoughts:

Putting Olie Kolzig in net isn't such a bad idea if for no other reason than to put an end to the crease running the Flyers have been doing in this series. We all remember Kolzig slamming a Sabre in Game 3 of the 1998 Eastern Conference Finals. Though none of that will matter if Bruce Boudreau can't get the first line on track and we think he might have to place A.O. with Sergei (#3) Fedorov and Alexander Semin to accomplish that. Yep, that's putting all of our eggs into one basket but with all the attention that A.O. is drawing (combined with his willingness to go to the front of the net), Semin being the one forward consistently looking for his shot through the first three games, and Federov's playmaking ability; we're hard pressed to find another answer to the Caps woes offensively right now though we are open to other suggestions.

1 down, still looking for 3 more.
