What Do I Expect Today?:

The Caps will be without Alexander Semin again today who is still nursing his sprained ankle. The Islanders have gotten off to a good start, defying all prediction of doom and gloom, behind the hot hand of Mike Comrie who has 4 goals and six points in his first two games of his Islanders career. Both teams are wrapping up a three games in four days run to open the season so the pace could be rather sluggish. It looks as if the Caps can shutdown Comrie, they can get off to a 3-0 start.

Caps Nut Official Prediction:

Caps 2
Islanders 3
Winner by Comrie

(1-1 on the season)
